"Hardly anything was running"
We went and paid full price, but so much was closed when we got there. The kids had been looking forward to it and ended up really fed up because they couldn’t go on a lot of the rides. Just felt a bit disappointing, especially considering what we paid.

i mean, Google said they were open, but when I got there they were closed. Ended up wasting my whole afternoon for nothing.
"Fun for the kids, but not great value"
The kids did have a good time, so I’ll give it that, but the tickets felt expensive for what was actually included. Once we’d paid for entry, food, and a few little extras, it turned into a much pricier day out than expected. Overall, it was okay, but I can’t say it felt like good value for money. We probably wouldn’t be in a hurry to go back.
"Slow replies and not much help"
I reached out for help and even checked my emails and receipt to make sure I had all the info ready, but the replies took a long time and didn’t really solve anything. It felt like nobody was that interested in helping, which was frustrating.
"Staff were unfriendly"
I went in feeling excited, but the staff we dealt with were rude and not helpful at all. It felt unnecessary, especially when we were just trying to ask a few simple questions. Definitely put me off going back.

"Honestly feel stupid for trusting their online booking"
I booked online and the whole thing was a mess. The page was painfully slow, my payment went through, but I never got a proper confirmation email, so I was stuck checking everything myself. Trying to sort it out just made it more frustrating because the info wasn’t clear and the replies took ages. i felt stupid for trusting them with the booking in the first place. Total waste of time, and I definitely wouldn’t use their online booking again

"Parking was a total mess"
We went to Emerald Park and the parking situation was a nightmare. It took us ages to find a space, cars were going in all directions, and it just felt really badly organised. The staff didn’t seem too sure where to send people either, which made it even more stressful. When we asked about it, support made it feel like it was somehow our fault for not arriving earlier, which was frustrating. Not the best start to the day and it definitely put us in a bad mood

"Busy Day Felt Way More Complicated Than It Needed To"
We went on a really busy day, the whole crowd situation was frustrating. The lines were spilling into the walkways, nobody seemed to know where they were supposed to stand, and the staff didn’t really seem sure either. We kept getting told to move from one spot to another, then wait somewhere else, then go back again, with barely any explanation. It felt like way too many steps just to figure out where to line up. With kids, that made it even more stressful. I totally understand places get packed, but they really need clearer signs and more staff actually managing the lines.

"Not Worth the Wait"
I waited in that long queue for what felt like forever, and by the time I finally got on, the ride was so rough I was just annoyed. i don’t think it was worth the hassle at all.

"Season Pass Feels a Bit Too Pricey"
I don’t want to be too harsh, but the season pass feels overpriced for what you get. I was hoping it would feel like a better value, but right now it’s kind of hard to justify the cost.

"Way Too Much Waiting for What We Paid"
I spent most of the day just standing in line. The rides themselves were fine, but waiting 60 to 90 minutes for almost everything completely killed the fun. At a certain point it started to feel like we were begging for a few minutes of enjoyment after paying a ton to be there, and that left me resentful. I really wanted to like it, but it just didn’t feel worth the money
"Height rules ruined the day for us"
I went with my son expecting a fun day out, but it turned into a frustrating experience. He was excited about several rides, and we didn’t realize until we were already inside that he didn’t meet the height requirements for a lot of them. It was really disappointing watching him get his hopes up and then have to keep telling him no.
The staff were polite enough, but i don’t think it’s fair to charge full price when a child can barely go on anything. The height restrictions should be made much clearer before booking, not after you’ve paid and walked in. I’ve raised this as a complaint because it really felt like we paid for a day we couldn’t properly enjoy.

"Took the kids to Emerald Park and…"
Took the kids to Emerald Park and it was a bit of a mixed bag. Parking was easy enough and there were plenty of food options, but the prices definitely felt on the high side. The toilets were usable, but by the afternoon they weren’t exactly fresh. I also wish there was more seating around the busier areas because it got tiring trying to find somewhere to sit. One thing that really annoyed me was how pushy the reminders felt before and during the visit, way too many messages and alerts, like we were going to forget everything. We still had a decent day overall, but it wasn’t perfect.

"Food prices kinda ruined the day"
The food prices were just ridiculous. We paid way too much for basic chips and drinks, and the portions were tiny too. It really felt like once you’re inside, they know they can charge whatever they want. Defintely won’t be eating there again.

"Staff Dropped the Ball"
I felt unsafe because of what happened, and the staff just didn’t handle it the way they should have. I get that things can go wrong, but it felt like they were either unprepared or just not taking it seriously enough, which made the whole situation worse.

"Harder to navigate than other places"
I got turned around way too many times because the signs just weren’t clear. I’ve been to similar places where it’s much easier to figure out where everything is, but here I felt like I spent half my time wandering around instead of actually doing what I came for.

I found this hard to use, especially compared to similar products I’ve tried before. Maybe it works well once you get used to it, but for me it wasn’t very intuitive and took more effort than I expected.
